Belmont Logistics Breaks Ground on Warehouse Campus

Prince William County Economic Development & Tourism (PWCDEDT) was on hand for a groundbreaking ceremony for the first phase of the Belmont Logistics' warehouse campus, which brings e-commerce logistics and supply chain infrastructure to a 36.6-acre parcel at 13710 Dabney Road in North Woodbridge.

Belmont Logistics represents $110 million in capital investment from the The IDI Group Companies and is designed to encompass three warehouse facilities, totaling approximately 416,000 square feet.  

This project is part of the North Woodbridge Small Area Plan. Read the plan, which was adopted in October 2019, to learn more about the redevelopment of this important Prince William County corridor. 

The redevelopment of the current site will expand setbacks from Dawson Beach Road, and the location will offer more than 540 parking spaces and over 40 trailer parking spaces.
