The Prince William Science Accelerator program has rebranded as Endeavor234, launching a new chapter of discovery and collaboration for early-stage life science companies in Northern Virginia.
The Prince William County Department of Economic Development and Tourism (PWCDEDT) hosted a Northern Virginia BioHub Bio & Beer event to unveil the new logo. The event included ad hoc lab tours, and a Q&A with Ross Dunlap of Ceres Nanoscience, whose company was the first tenant in 2014.
By blending a price-competitive, independent lab experience with industry events, Endeavor234 provides a thoughtfully designed, well-connected incubator space. The program creates opportunities for innovation and business relationships, giving startup science-based companies a place to put down roots and grow.
Since its launch in 2014, the space has helped more than 20 emerging companies with lab space and seen eight of those companies raise capital and expand operations, contributing to the region’s growing biotech sector. Located adjacent to George Mason University’s Science and Technology campus, the incubator offers companies access to cutting-edge resources, a robust talent pipeline, and a dynamic research environment.
Beyond providing lab space, PWCDEDT is a founding member of the Northern BioHub, a collaborative ecosystem where entrepreneurs can engage with industry leaders, researchers, and investors. The program hosts networking events, expert-led discussions, and mentorship opportunities, equipping startups with the insights and connections needed to accelerate growth and bring life-changing innovations to market.

"As it enters its second decade, Endeavor234 remains dedicated to being a launchpad for trailblazers and early-stage companies advancing the frontiers of life science and biotechnology," said Christina Winn, executive director, PWCDEDT. "Through affordable lab space, strategic industry connections, and robust programming, the incubator continues to offer an unparalleled environment where new ideas, diverse voices, and dreams become reality."
