MurLarkey Distillery Will Increase Production by 300% with Move to Farm Brew LIVE
MurLarkey® Distilled Spirits entered a long-term lease with Villagio Hospitality Group to construct a new 25,000 square foot building on the Farm Brew LIVE campus. The news was accompanied by the presentation of Prince William County’s first Agricultural and Forestry Industries Development Grant (AFID) from Governor Youngkin’s office, with a total value of $500,000 for MurLarkey’s expansion.

Amazon Military Recruitment Event at Farm Brew LIVE on August 11
Amazon made a public commitment to hire 100,000 veterans and military spouses by 2024. Prince William County hosted one of the largest in-person military recruitment events at the Farm Brew LIVE campus for military veterans, transitioning service members, and their spouses.

New 95 East Distribution Center Breaks Ground in North Woodbridge
The 95 East Distribution Center located at 13600 Dabney Road is the first development project in Prince William County’s new E-Commerce Overlay and represents a $22.95 million redevelopment investment as well as an estimated 100 new jobs when completed.

Kaiser Permanente Opens New $200 Million Caton Hill Medical Center in Woodbridge
The new center is the largest on the East Coast, including five stories with a total 245,000 square feet. The medical campus houses not only the carrier’s primary care doctors, but also specialists, including radiology, lab, pharmacy, observation unit and surgical suites on site. The hub represents expanded medical services to support the growing demand in and around Prince William County.
