The number of Prince William County companies on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies doubled this year. To qualify for the list, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2019.
A dozen companies from Quantico to Haymarket made the annual list, which ranks firms across the nation according to percentage revenue growth from 2019 to 2022. The minimum revenue required for 2019 is $100,000; the minimum for 2022 is $2 million.
The 2023 list includes the following Prince William County businesses:
No. 198 – Night Watch Urgent Care

No. 274 – Crest Security Assurance
- Led by Judith El in Woodbridge, the company is a women-owned small business providing cyber security services to federal, defense and intelligence agencies.
No. 608 – MSM Technology
- Led by Manisha Morris in Quantico, the company specializes in infrastructure design and engineering, cybersecurity, data management and analytics, enterprise software solutions and project management for federal agencies.
No. 1342 – Advanced Program Analytics
- Led by Terry Yarbrough in Dumfries, the company is a professional services organization specializing in management consulting and technology, supporting organizations in planning, implementing and deploying mission-critical projects.
No. 2598 – Open Systems Technologies
- Led by Thomas Truitt in Gainesville, this cybersecurity and cloud computing solutions company is focused on system accreditation, vulnerability management and the defense of computer networks.
